A note on the record
For the public record: in 2026 the legal proceedings concerning Maksymilian Górniak were fully discontinued and annulled by the courts. He was never convicted.
From 2017 he was held in pre-trial detention for years, without an indictment ever being brought. The companies and the assets he had built across a decade in Polish energy were lost in that period. With the proceedings now formally closed in full, that chapter is concluded.

His work today is focused entirely on building forward: an integrated energy platform across four areas, all within energy, with the aim of helping make Poland the energy-storage manufacturing hub of Central and Eastern Europe.
